Too many repeats

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because a lot of the outfits are redundant from previous boxes. I now have 3 pairs of shoes that are almost exactly the same. Same with belts and some of the shirts.

I tried Stately for 3 months, and on the final month I told them I wasn't expecting and did not want another box. They were completely unwilling to let me just return the unwanted box even if I paid shipping. The company overall isn't worth the headache or price. The clothes are not as good as StitchFix and the styles they send are not current. Stitchfix also has a great App and Stately takes way too long to reply to concerns or issues. And the worst part is when you need to exchange something if they let you. You have to wait for the company to send you a shipping label. Stitch fix sends the return shipping bag with label. I went through several exchanges on my last box and ended up just keeping the last items they sent because I was so tired of the back and forth. I do not recommend using this company.

I was a little hesitant to try this type of service. Thinking I probably would not like the items that I receive. However, I am so glad I did. The outfit or ensemble was right on the money. The pants look great and fit well. Both shirts were stylish and functional. Two different looks for two different occasions. The belt, shoes and sock really complimented each outfit. The best part is my wife loved the out fit.

I loved the idea, as a fashion challanged man, someone picking clothes for me sounded amazing.
The 299$ box came, and the total value of the clothes was 600$ according to the packing slip, but in my opinion, the street value was less than 200$
The clothes were also nothing special,
I signed up with a promotional offer that was supposed to include more stuff for the first 3 boxes, I believe they forgot to add any additional items.
Cancelled my subscription.

Poor quality, Cheap outfits, discontinued items, Inventory from ebay.
Item price is inflated to show value. You don't get a preview of the items picked by stylists, you are shocked when it hits your home. No amount of photos or preferences shared with stylists help, as they pick the cheapest of the lot. I had the regal plan, was shipped a free 20$ watch a 28$ sneaker (marked as 75$) which is crappy, clothes that shrink on the first wash. 1st return was free, 2nd one isn't. This works if you just don't care about how you dress and just want someone to find cheap quality stuff.

Awesome Program!

I am so pleased with this program. The quality of the clothing is impressive as is the styling they choose.
I have slowly been upgrading my look without having to think.
Just dial in your stylist to what you like or don't like and Boom! It's in the mail each week. As an athletic/weightlifter it's hard to get good fit sometimes. But the exchange process is quick and easy! Highly recommend this program!

Very disappointed with Stately's lack of concern in customer service. I received 1st package, and only one pair of pants fit. My initial package was held up because my concierge needed more information on my profile. My credit card was charged before getting this info, first bad sign. I updated my profile with all info they requested, and somehow my personal shopper sent one shirt, small size and another in XL. My profile clearly states XXL.
Another big concern and disappointment was the clothing material sent was cheap, nothing close To the quality Stately promotes on their site.
Unbeknownst to me, I was setup on a auto reorder when I made my first purchase. I noticed another charge from Stately hit my CC, and I immediately started emailing concierge to cancel my order. I sent five+ emails expressing my frustrations and pleading w/ Stately to not ship 2nd order and to credit my CC. I never received a real email, same auto reply every time and was unsuccessful getting this order canceled.
It's obvious Stately is a money grab setup, with zero interest doing the right thing, customer service doesn't exist!
BUYER BEWARE! You will be setup on auto reorder each month, after placing your first order. I'm still trying to figure out how this got past me, has to be something in small print (auto monthly reorder). Stately throws a bunch of cheap clothes in a box and will do nothing to remedy incorrect sizing, and they will definitely not work with you in anyway to cancel 2nd order, when attempting this before 2nd order was shipped.

I was under the impression I had put my account on hold and checked this morning to see that my bank account had been charged for $200. No problem my order hasn't shipped so should be an easy refund. NO, instead they say they can't issue a refund since they need 24 hours notice to cancel even though nothing has shipped. I thought I put my account on hold 6 months ago. There was no email communication that an order was due or on the way. Just suddenly a charge stating I was being billed. When I did go online to cancel my account it took me about 7 screens just to cancel. Don't recommend as it's extremely shady to just suddenly bill you with no warning and then not offer to rectify the situation. Way better services out there.

Always amazing products!

When a colleague of mine recommended I start dressing better for work, I went looking for a service that would help me and I found Stately. I have received so many compliments on how I look now! It's now one of the first things people mention, "Wow! Paul! You look great!" Then I tell them that I am using Stately. The clothes are all good quality and, again they look amazing! Recently, a fleece shirt was in my package and it's so comfortable and cozy... My girlfriend threatened to steal it right away! I mention this because she loves the clothes too! She always compliments me now on how handsome I look and how she likes to go out with me because I look so nice! Stately has been such a great addition to my life! I look and feel so much more confident! Thank you, Stately!

I've only tried one other company for subscription clothes, and Stately is by far the better choice. I had one box where a couple of items didn't fit, but since then everything fits and I love everything they send. They are extremely responsive to every communication and work around your vacations and other needs every time.

No refund policy

Once they charge, you are paying no matter what. They charge your account, then send a text saying they are starting the box. No recourse, no refund, no chance to say no. This is a business model built to take your money, and the terms and conditions lock you in.
If you do decide to use the service, SET A NOTICIFACTION for yourself because they certainly won't.
Lots of potential here, but sadly the are not customer-focused. All that matters is that monthly charge and then you are locked in.

Hijack your money

Was satisfied at first. First few boxes were good. Then they started sending the same stuff with every box. Who needs 3 blue pants? Sent a whole box back and requested my money back...No. Take store credit. I didn't want what you sent why would I want more of it. Horrible policy. Never going back. Never referring anyone. Steer clear of this scam.

Our team did let you know we are happy to offer that exchange, help you add notes to your additional style profile or offer store credit. Since the clothing we send you in boxes is heavily discounted we do not offer refunds and mention that on our FAQ page for all members and non-members to see. Scam artists

I chose to skip my order for the month of February and they charged me anyways. Refused to provide me a refund even though i contacted them approximately 8 hrs after the charge hit my account.
These people are the worst!
Do not buy from!

We then offered you store credit so you can shop at our Out of the Box store. We even sent you the timeline of your changes made on your account so you can see that no adjustments were made. I had my reservations when I first ordered. Everything in the box fit well and was comfortable. The styling and items were both appropriate for what I was going for and the age in life I am. I felt they did extremely well with the initial information that they had to go on the questionnaire. Thank you!
