I wished the stylist would pay more attention to my profile pics for inspiration. They still have gotten a correct box that I do not need to send back for exchange.
The pants that I received are a pair of khakis. They look just like the Duck Head khakis I received in my last box. The shirt is purple and brown. Defiantly not colors that I would consider conservative.
I do like the shoes, but that is about it for the entire box.
How about some short sleeve golf shirts considering it's summer? Ben Sherman is an option as long as its conservative.
My conversations with the stylists went well, and the clothing boxes were well curated. Every box has and item or two that I needed to exchange for a different size and stately was good about making the process pretty hassle free. Over all a great experience. I highly recommend it.
Love being able to get a variety of clothes that I may not have selected myself. It expands my selections.
What a great service, with busy schedules and a busy life. This helps out a great deal and the outfits that are chosen are spot on!
I have had issues before finding clothes that fit right. The selections sent have taken that into account and I. The last box every article fit exactly right. So happy to feel good in clothing again.
I have been receiving Statley boxes for nearly a year now. I have enjoyed every box I have received and find that the boxes are truly curated for what I've asked for. The clothing is of a good quality and has certainly upgraded my wardrobe to a more professional standard for work and also for more quality comfort for the weekends. For what it's worth from a random internet review, if you are looking to upgrade your wardrobe with high quality and gain confidence that you look good while doing it, I would recommend atleast trying the Statley experience.
I expected better quality clothing with the regal package - but it has been the same. Brands like Penguin, Ben Sherman, etc are not exciting. I thought I would be exposed to new brands with your service and it is not the case.
A few nice items that I'm happy with and wear regularly but a lot of items were weird-fitting or unpopular colors/designs. None of the boxes I received looked like the ads.
Clothes fit great and all my interactions have been pleasant.
I just got super frustrated trying to explain to various people what I was wanting and needing from my subscription with Stately. I had to exchange my last box three times (which I appreciate) but even the stuff I did receive in the end was not very good quality clothing or very stylish. I am pausing my account for the summer and will possibly start it back up in the fall, that seems to be where Stately fits in for me. Changing things on the fly seems to be a bit of an issue for your current process, may want to look at a more efficient way to communicate customers wants and needs if in fact it is even achievable...
I kept stately for 6-ish months, and loved every minute of it. I am on a brief hiatus, but i will return one day! Thank you for filling up my closet with AWESOME cloths!
After one exchange, I gave up trying to get what I wanted. It costs more money to make secondary changes. To make matters worse, I just received an email that a second package is coming. So I contacted an agent after realizing that I was charged again, and I learned that there is not an option to cancel online. That would explain why I was having trouble canceling. That seems like an intentional marketing strategy to push sales. If it were easier to cancel, or if they accepted returns (a restocking fee would be okay), it would seem more like a reputable service. Satisfaction is NOT a guarantee with Stately. The only guarantee is that you will pay.
Great assortment of clothing items and brands. Can mix and match the outfits.
Initial orders are useful items. Pants, Jacket, shirt, shoes, etc...By 2nd or 3rd order you'll start to receive more sox, thin belts and T shirts as filler items. Leaving only a couple items that are worthwhile. For that reason, I'm done for now. I even noted that I did not want those useless items. Maybe, things will change but for now I'm getting Stitch Fix...
Stylist thoughtfully curated the choices; while I didn't always vibe with the choices I felt that Stately was professional beyond today's standards in making things right.
Every box feels like when I was a kid during Christmas wondering what'll be inside and how I'm going to enjoy it. It's a great experience and I truly feel the value from every box.

There's always something that i wouldn't have chosen if i was doing my own shopping. They're pretty good at taking care of any issues but I don't really enjoy complaining and asking for an exchange. I wish I could be given options by the stylist which i can choose from. For example, i received a blue shirt in every package so far. I would not choose another blue shirt.

My first box had the wrong size pants, my second box had a duplicate shirt from box 1, but in a different color. Box 3 was a complete $#*! up. You sent me my box, as well as some random dudes box. I took time away to send back random dudes box. In my box there was a flower print shirt, that my preferences clearly state no graphics. Flower print are Graphics. Also included was another belt. I returned the shirt and belt, and you all replaced it with another button down white dress. The original box also contained a white button down dress shirt. Why the $#*! would you send something that you just sent, unless you are not paying attention or don't care. They finally sent a replacement item that was acceptable. This was for a box that was ordered on 3/29/2024. I literally spent the month of April waiting for Stately to get their $#*! together.

My last box was a total miss- not my style. Took me more time to take to UPS. Sent everything back except for some jeans and a cap that stated could not be sent back. The cap was money lost.
