Late on Thanksgiving day, I place and order for a horse blanket only to discover I order the wrong size. I called State Line EARLY Friday morning to cancel order only to be told "sorry order has been processed/shipped by the warehouse---when you received it, call for a return item # and return the item". When checking the tracking information, the item was NOT SIPPED UNTIL MONDAY! I NOT ONLY PAID FOR SHIPPING TO ME, BUT NOW FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING! Customer service people were rude when I called TWICE and the last person cut phone message short and didn't want to hear my complaint! I have bought a lot of items from this company for 30+ years but NEVER AGAIN---I will go elsewhere where FREE SHIPPING is offered even if I need to pay more for an item!

Terrible return process
October 17, 2019

I ordered a 78" blanket and they sent me a sheet for a miniature horse. When I called they did send a UPS shipping label and told me that they would ship my blanket as soon as the package was scanned in by UPS. It's been nearly a week and it is still not shipped. The order was still on hold until I called AFTER the wrong order was delivered back to them. I was told that they would expedite shipping. It has still not shipped two days later. On top of that their order history is ridiculous. There are multiple tracking numbers and no indication of what products are specifically associated with a particular package. Finally, I ordered half chaps and didn't find out until a week later that they were back ordered. No "Hey, sorry about the inconveniences. Would you like to select a different item or would you prefer to wait?". Three to four weeks later my order is finally here. I'm sticking with Dover from now on.

Worst Company

I have never had the displeasure of ordering from such an awful company until I purchased from State Line Tack. They have the worst customer service and they do not allow negative reviews to be posted. The first purchase was a pair of boots, I have had these boots for 8 years before they finally fell apart. I reordered them, same exact boot, same size, and I could not even squeeze my foot into them. They acted like they were doing me such a favor by allowing me to return the item. Getting them shipped to me was very expensive then having them shipped back was crazy. The boots cost $55 and I spent at least $80 overall. The next order was half chaps, I ordered them in brown and they came in black but the company refused to pay exchange shipping so I am stuck with the wrong item. To make this worse, both of the negative reviews I left of their website were immediately taken down.

ZERO STARS!

I SENT A FRIEND A GIFT AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG HOUSE SO HE NEVER GOT IT BACK AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND MY FIRST TIME USING THE SITE AND MY LAST WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OR MEET TO NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I'M OUT $46.66 I RESENT THEIR ATTITUDE ON THE MATTER WILL LEAVE REVIEW STREWN ACROSS THE NET AS THATS A LOT OF MONEY TO LOSE FOR CR4PPY SERVICE
