We ordered the high country half moon caddy on June 11th it had shipping times of 2 to 6 days. We called daily after the the limit had passed and kept getting the run around finally on June 26th they said well they ran out and we had to order more so it will be much longer. We finally canceled the order and went elsewhere and it was even cheaper and didn't charge us the extra $35 shipping fee! DO NOT buy from them if u need it in a timely manner!
May 6th I ordered a felt saddle pad. I paid extra to make sure it would be here in time for a weekend ride. It did not arrive as ordered, and finally received it almost 2 weeks late. In the meantime, since it did not get shipped as planned, I called State Line and asked to cancel the order. Surprise, surprise! They had "just" mailed it out, so I could not cancel the order. Received the blanket, and unfortunately, it did not work for my mare's unusual back. Called, was put on hold for, literally, 30-40 minutes. Finally someone picked up and was told they would issue a return shipping label within 48 hours. That was 11 days ago, and I have no shipping label, even though I have called 3 times and talked to someone. I've lost track of the HOURS I've spend on hold! I will try one more time today. State Line was the "go to" place for my horse, sadly, not any more.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dog raincoat on May 13,2020. By June 10th it wasn't delivered and the web site kept telling me it was "in process". We called the company 4 or 5 times and FINALLY GOT SOMEONE. They promised to check and get back to us. They didn't! Wrote them a couple emails - no response. Called again - finally got someone and told them to cancel order. They didn't cancel order. Supposedly it shipped - it is June 17th! Avoid this company at all costs. They are the epitome of "customer no service".
State Line Tack has really gone down hill with their customer service department and shipping process. I had to wait 22 minutes for someone to answer my call to return an item. Items are shipped from various vendors, so I had to wait another 3-4 business days for the vendor to contact me via email to give me shipping instructions. Never use to be like this... Will never order from SLT again...
I purchased a case of pigskin rolls. When my order finally arrived they sent one roll. Called and was assured that they were sorry and would have the correct order right out to me. After two weeks of not hearing anything from them about my delivery I call back only to find out that my order hadn't been pushed through that she would now do that. Today I got the the second shipment after over two weeks of waiting from the last phone call only to find out they did the exact same thing again. I got one single pig skin roll.
Have been waiting for an item for two months. I guess it's time to complain to the DOJ. Buyer beware. This site is now listed as a scam site by the Oregon DOJ

Terrible place to order from. They shipped the wrong size, got ahold of customer care they lied said they couldn't do anything without Justin's approval. So unknowingly to them I contacted Justin's! Turns out they were lying to me the whole time. A great lady from Justin's told me all about policy said they couldn't reverse the order with out stateliness approval. So I call them back and call em out on their lives boom got it returned. Now 20 days since order has been returned to Justin's still no refund. I call Justin's again and they tell me stateline never even inquired about a return. They are Terrible. DO NOT YOU STATELINE TACK! THEY LIE SO MUCH THEY CANT KEEP TRACK OF THEIR LIES.
Takes forever to process the order to ship. Contacted them to cancel a couple things I needed and couldn't wait any longer but keep everything else in the order but they wouldnt do it even though it's still stuck in processing 4 days later. Been processing for almost 2 weeks days now. Feel like ive ordered from China or something. Wont order from here again.
I ordered a pair of boots and they came up way too high and cut into the back of your knee. You couldn't even walk in them. I returned them and it cost $34 in shipping and they refused to work with me and refund the shipping or even discount it especially during COVID. Even when people are still giving them business. It's almost half of the price of the boots. I'm very disappointed in not only the product but their customer service. I emailed them a week and a half ago and no one responded. I had to call and sat on hold for 20 minutes for the woman to say"yea we don't do that."
I used to order exclusively from Stateline Tack; however, that changed several years ago when I started getting 'out of stock' on 90% of the items I wanted to purchase. I decided to give them another try recently as they had an item that I needed and couldn't find elsewhere. As I was processing my on-line order, charges started stacking up... similar companies do not charge shipping on orders over a certain amount, not so with Stateline Tack. Their economy shipping charge on something very small that could fit in a manilla envelope should not be $7.99. To make matters worse, to see a notation to click a $2.95 charge to ensure your package arrives is absolutely absurd! That is not the responsibility of the customer unless, perhaps, they are returning an item. I will never order from them again. I have found so many other companies that value their customers.
Ordered supplements. A week later I still did not receive a tracking number nor a confirmation email. Called costumer service. She flat out lied and said that it would be ready to ship by the end of the day. Next day nothing. I can get no response. I will never used this company again.

Horrible experience, I got a blanket that got holes no one even wants help at all.
I asked for a refund or exchanged but I was left with damaged blanket, now I must claim it in my bank
I ordered electric fencing supplies from state line tack my order was supposed to ship in 2-4 days after 5 days I called to find out what was going on with my order an no one could tell me they was supposed to call me back the 6 day I called an still no one could tell me anything again I was supposed to get a call back (still haven't got a call back 2 weeks later) the order was supposed to be cancelled so I ordered.
I ordered from Qc supply (got the fencing supplies in 2 days) an then after over 2 weeks the order showed up from state line tack an the charged my credit car again would not recommend them to anyone
I ordered a pair of boots and it was drop shipped from another company. Because of this reason they are giving me a 10% restocking fee and it cost me $42 to send them back which I had to pay for. Sent emails about my displeasure and never got a response. Don't buy anything from this company it's the worst!
I bought an item from State Line Tack in November, and without my approval or knowledge, they put me on auto ship. As soon as I received the notice that they would be shipping me the item again, I requested cancellation the day before it was shipped. However they still shipped it to me anyway. When I called them, they said it I needed to accept the package, and ship it back to them. If I just refused it, they could not give me a refund. So I accepted it, then immediately shipped it back at my expense! That was 3 weeks ago, and they still have not refunded my money. With multiple phone calls to them, they keep telling me they are "behind in processing", and will take more time for the refund. I have gotten tired of this and just put in a dispute with the credit card company, which I should have done 2 weeks ago. This is not like Amazon which refunds you the money as soon as the return package is shipped. Will never do business with State Line Tack again, and will not recommend them.
I have yet to receive my order. They assured me that they would not send items via USPS, then turned around and sent them via USPS. I informed them of the problem as soon as I got the shipping email, they did nothing. Three weeks later I have neither the items ordered nor a refund! Talking with them on the phone, they refuse to take any responsibility for their errors! It's maddening!
I ordered a tough 1 blanket and a shoulder guard less than a month ago and both items fell apart very shortly after use. The tail bag I purchased fell apart to the point of not being able to use it. The shoulder guard rubs horribly on my horse. I tried calling customer service multiple times and they have been consistently short with me and act as if it's my fault the product isn't working. I also have tried multiple times to be refunded for a halter I never received (OVER 3 MONTHS AGO NOW) and have been rudely told to keep waiting and that there's nothing to be done about it. Worst site I've ever ordered from.
I have made a few orders from State my tack in the past. Never have been very impressed with the prices or how long the shipping takes. They had a sale and I ordered a Tough1 waterproof, turnout, sheet for my miniature horse a few weeks ago. I recently used it for the first time the other day. I placed it on my horse before turn out. I also have a run in that they can go in throughout the day. It rained a little bit that day. When I brought my horses in and remove the new Tough1 sheet he was completely soaked underneath from head to toe. This tells me that the sheet is not properly waterproofed. I contacted Stateline tack and told him about the issue. The representative basically explained to me that I was probably doing something wrong and didn't know how to properly put a sheet on my horse. I have yet to receive another response and I won't hold my breath about them doing something to correct an order and make it right. I will never order with them again. I will also never recommend them to anyone else. A lot of other websites have better pricing faster shipping and better customer service anyway!
