My first attempt to use a freight forwarder and so far it has been a simple process. I did have a problem with the customs value requirement but a little patience solved that.
I can't comment on the value of the service, it may be cheaper elsewhere, but I don't need to use forwarding often so cost is not a major issue. Overall, I am content with the service.

Your service experience is pretty good, but shipping price is just way too expensive. I would probably use your service on a regular basis, but with given prices I am force to use it ONLY when absolutely necessary. None of my friends I have recommended it would not use it due to shipping prices.

I am sorry for the trouble you experienced trying to pay. As a an extra layer of security, the PayPal email address should match the Stackry registered email address. If not, the payment will fail, but you may verify the different email address by going to MY Account -> Verified Emails. The $2.00 you were charged resulted from the credit card verification. Stackry requires credit card account verification when shipping to certain countries because we need to ensure that the credit card that you use for certain things is in fact your card!
