I'm too disappointed with your service! It's the second time you have charged me for being 'dangerous goods' in my package! I didn't know face cream ( foundation) is categorised as "dangerous"! I paid for dhl on 17th of March 184.41 AUD and you charged me again for dhl 131.77AUD for the same item!
The staff there are more friendly that a few other competitors in the market. Their response time and customer service are always well above others. I hope Stackry and the team will grow bigger in the future.
The service is fast and good. But the price to ship packages to Iceland, where I live, is insanely high. For example Stackry's shipping costs are more than double that of Amazon, BUT Amazon also includes customs fees in their shipping cost which is still twice as cheap as Stackry. Amazon is considered moderately expensive in my country.
This causes me to use Stackry service less and less, only when absolutely needed.

I really don't understand the need for the extensive "tour" of this easy to use app. And after all those 15 steps there is a "start tour" button on every page, more prominent than the "next" button. I feel treated like an infant.

من افضل شركات الشحن بالعالم و الشحن الدولي و خصوصاً امريكا ، ولكن يعيبهم ارتفاع اسعار الشحن المبالغ فيها جداً ،ولكن خدمة الشحن ممتازة ،ارجوا ان يتم تقليل اسعار الشحن لانها اسعار باهضه نوعاً ما.
