Mondays are our busiest days with the heaviest volume, so that may be the reason for the longer than normal processing times. So if your package was large, but light, it may have been charged based on dimensional weight not the actual scale weight. Looking at your shipment, I can see you were charged based on the size of the box or the dimensional weight. Hi Jessie, Thank you for your kind review! Although, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our pricing on this shipment. Sadly, because it was a dangerous goods shipment, there are many international shipping regulations Stackry has to comply with to ship perfume. The rules requires us to use a certain box size to affix the special hazmat labels to. Many of our economy shipping partners do not ship perfume. These are some of the reasons why it is more pricy to ship perfume. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us.
