The package I had shipped to your facility was 2.7 pounds. It was listed by your facility as being 5 pounds. When I contacted customer support they told me it was 4.1 pounds, and that they round up to the nearest pound.
I will Likely avoid using this service in the future whenever possible, and would definitely recommend to the people I know, to not use it as well.

The pictures taken of packaging is not the best, requiring lot of effort to figure out what it is or cost getting packages opened etc

Couldn't see much detail about package to fill in documentation
Well I am be kutykecdusappointed in the shipping options. Whenbu first checked DHL was an option and now that I shipped a oavjage three wasn't any DHL option. I'm seeing that with global mail my pavkagdvwill take at least two weeks to a month to get here,this a definitely no it a great experience for a first timer like myself using your services

Bit costly but understandable deeming size of package.
I've been using Stackry for almost a decade. It's great, simple, to the point, and if I have a question I always get great help.
The only reason I took a star off might be out of Stackry's control, but the shipping charges seem to have increased significantly. If it continues I'll have to find alternatives to US shopping as at current prices it doesn't make financial sense.
Stackry's offering of mailbox and shipping is focused, simple to use, and efficient. I have been a happy customer for around 5 years now and I use it when shopping from Amazon mostly.
I hope Stackry would offer an extra service for shipping heavy items through alternative means (eg car parts) as the current shipping options will be prohibitive from a cost point of view.
The site is very simple and easy to use. I was quickly notified via email when there was a problem in shipping, and I was able to resolve it right away.

Really easy and quick process from consolidation to choosing which shipping I wanted.
The service is good, I just don't like that the details of the sender are not shared. It makes it very difficult to track which items you received, and there is no point in taking a photo of the recipient name on the parcel, I know who I am, I need to know who sent the parcel so I can identify the item.
Item was shipped 28th March and received 5th April and delivered to the UK where I live! That's what I call super quick delivery and I paid for the cheapest option on delivery and the postage cost was very reasonable! Highly recommended!

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
