Hi Abdulrahman, Thank you for your review. According to our records, it appears you first consolidated the shipment and then asked for it to be repacked a second time. This would cause an extra consolidation fee. Looking at the notes on the order, there was a product that contained "Alcohol" and this was the reason it was deemed Hazmat. I took a look and can see that it was a dangerous goods shipment, which unfortunately, due to international regulations, limits the low cost shipping providers and requires Stackry to use a certain box size. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us.
