Very good, quick and simple and Sarah Haroon in customer services - that lady is first class, very tentative to the customers requirements and has the patience of a saint for someone that was very sceptical in using a freight forwarding service.
My only real complaint. I took the extra packaging for $15 and expected a lot more for my money than a few fragile stickers and two sheets of bubble wrap.

Customer service dropped levels have dropped substantially over the last few years. Have sent over 25 parcels with stackry and the last few have been frustrating to get anything sorted. I send an email with a question, get a half answer back. Back and forwards 3 or 4 times. Delays which end up costing me money if it takes a week to get rectified. If you ask for something, you can never be quite sure what you are going to get charged for the service. I understand that there are costs associated with them providing a service, and am willing to pay reasonable costs, but not an extra $8 (ie cost of consolidating 4 packages) to remove an item from a consolidated shipment (on top of the $6 already charged to consolidate 3 packages) seems a bit excessive, especially when i am going to have to pay again when i go to ship the item removed. Was told i was going to receive a credit. Bear in mind, i pay GST on anything they charge me, so was already out 10% of this charge (although not stackry's fault, their systems don't help and adds to the frustration). Was not in my account. Sent an email. Got a half answer. Replied with screenshots, that was another 2 days of storage fees. Which i then have to pay GST on (again not stackry's fault, but adds to my frustration and costs).
Unfortunately, with the exchange rate at the moment, and these frustrations, i don't know if i will be back, i don't see the benefit for me and what i am shopping for, at least at the moment.

Seems to be some kind of issue every time, and not always handled quickly. This time i had a parcel that didn't make it into my locker, look a few days to find, then got a rather curt response, plus got charged a storage fee, even though it was only sitting in my locker for less than 5 of the 45 or so days
The re-pack option was misleading… essentially a consolidation service but only on one item. Thought it would give you an option to see if the "re-pack" would actually save you money but it just confirmed selection and took the $5.
Hi Joel. Thank you for the feedback. I apologize we were not able to make the package smaller to save you on shipping. This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box is the best fit. What we should have done is sent you an email that the package was not able to be repacked and refunded the repack fee. I have gone ahead and issued that refund for you. Thank you so much for your review of our service! It is important to know that typical consolidation completion time is 24-48 hours, although it can be much faster than this. I see that your last consolidation order was requested on Friday afternoon and it was not completed until Monday. Currently, Stackry is closed over the weekends. This is the reason for longer than normal consolidation times. I'm afraid that at times we are faster than others and that can set an unrealistic expectation for future speed. We always hope to achieve faster completion time, but due to many different circumstances, that isn't always possible. We'll continue to do our best for you and all of our customers.

This is my 4th package consolidation from the USA to Sydney Australia with Stackry and I must say they have been amazing! However upon speaking directly with Charles from customer service to clarify several of my queries with my latest consolidation …. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
