Great site, clear everything is explained correctly although you run into additional fees quickly. In the end the re-shipping was a total of 190 USD, which was roughly the discount I managed to find on the products. But unfortunately these items are currently not sold/sold out in my country.

Service is great. Just the shipping costs to Canada seem too high. The last package, the shipping to Canada was more than the actual thing I bought. I don't use the option to combine packages, I don't shop that much. Maybe it's time to consider one of the other reshipers.

I have been other international shipping services for years, but seeing that Stackry was well rated, I decided to give them a try. I was nothing but disappointed on my first order. They do not provide sufficient tools to properly setup customs invoices - I was unable to add my customs import code for my country, nor the correct HS codes or country of origin. They also don't take photos for consolidations. This led to significant additional import charges, and I was not able to rectify them in time. Furthermore, the online agent tool did not work, it just hung, and they took well over 24 hours to respond to my email, by which time it was too late. Stackry is fine if you just want to buy one item casually, but if you are a regular importer from the USA, find another service.
