It cost me to ship a single small portable battery 3 times the price to actually buy the product itself. Also, it can't be consolidated with other shipments I bought. I am disappointed. These things should have been made clear.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our pricing on this shipment. I took a look and can see that it was a dangerous goods shipment, which unfortunately, due to international regulations, requires us to use a certain box size and comply with proper packing instructions for the particular hazmat type. Based on the regulations outlined by the FAA, IATA and our shipping partners, loose lithium ion batteries and power banks cannot be consolidated with any other goods. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers. The whole process was snappy and convenient barring the non-existent customer support which marred the experience. Waiting for two days for an inquiry to be addressed delayed my shipping by two days, with two emails in two days going unanswered. A friend who referred Stackry with glowing feedback will have some explaining to do.

بالنسبة لهذه الشحنة, أخي الكريم تم الدفع للشحن في تاريخ 24 من شهر 4, وتم الشحن في نفس اليوم مع دي اتش ال الشحنة تحتاج بين 3الى 5 ايام عمل لتصل, وهذا ما حصل, لم يكن هناك اي تأخير ابدا,
