The price for shipping doesn't differ much when dealing directly with the companies but overall great service

I love the customer service and though i've experienced weird circumstances like my packages deliveries being delayed or having yet to be delivered for some mysterious reason…i don't hold Stackry responsible for that. Their customer service is top notch actually and i enjoy using the service despite the weirdness like delays and the not really saving in shipping fees again for some weird mysterious reason.
I haven't received my order yet but I've called several times to get help and I had a good experience each time.
Also, I appreciate this business idea.

Appalled by the fact. That there such a thing as actual weight and billable weight and that it's more than twice the actual weight. After repacking, the weight is reduced but the shipping charges are still the same. The mark up for delivery is crazy high. Never again.

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize we were not able to make the package smaller to save you on shipping. This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box is the best fit. What we should have done is sent you an email that the package was not able to be repacked and refunded the repack fee. I have gone ahead and issued that refund to you. I will make sure your feedback is passed along to the appropriate department manager. In regards to the billable weight, the dimensions of your international shipment are important when calculating the dimensional weight of your shipment for FedEx, DHL Global Mail and DHL Express offerings. Dimensional weight is a calculation of the shipment's weight based on its volumetric standard instead of its actual weight. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches and dividing by a dimensional weight divisor which is 166. When dimensional weight exceeds actual weight, shipments will be charged according to the dimensional weight. If the actual weight is higher, shipments will be charged according to the actual. Service is reasonably fast, the handholding on the website is perhaps a little much, but frankly better that than a system which is unclear. The prices for delivery are reasonable. Assuming the delivery goes to plan, I'm quite pleased.
I would prefer other shipping options for heavy items even if it will take a month to deliver. It has become unjustified to buy items from USA as the shipping costs are very high

Very sorry you did not have a good experience with us. We pride ourselves on customer service, so it is concerning to hear this. When Stackry receives a package with a different name from the account name or an incomplete locker number, the package is placed in our "unknown locker" so the wrong client does not ship it out. It appears your package arrived with a different last name and once that was verified we were able to retrieve the package from the unknown locker and move it to your account. I hope you can understand that this policy is in place to prevent items from being shipped to the wrong party and will consider revising your review.
