Clear process and does exactly what I was looking for
It's been good overall, but one of my items was mistakenly put in impossible-to-ship category because your colleagues thought its a prescription medicine, but it was actually an essential oil based supplement. It took awhile to resolve.
One other note is that when items are consolidated instead of tracking number, they get a different identifier and tracking number disappears. And it's not easy to understand which items got consolidated. You need to go back and forth on the pages to understand what's going on. Not very convenient.

It is very nice, but I have a doubt regarding my experience issues with that I get confused between package and items. It shows in your account that I received one package and I understood one items which I selected already for items and I wait more than eight days which no one from staggery in the stand me. Tell myself I saw the picture and I came to know that one package mean more items inside.
Awesome I can now receive many items that some US companies won't ship internationally, 10/10 so far.

I live in London, weeks ago l've ordered herbs from Bionexus, products made in the USA and FDA registered. Stackry asked for material safety data, Bionexus provided me with a link to give the shipping company for the safety materials Data They need but Bionexus refused to ship them. So asked Stackry to post my parcel to my friend who lives in US Texas, I gave them the address but they Stackry doesn't do that either. Stackry holding my parcel, for weeks now. Refusing to ship it UK or to my friend. It's so frustrating. I don't what happened to parcel.

The shipping department will request a Material Safety Data sheet when we have a question about the product being shipped. This can occur when the item being shipped is potentially a dangerous good and the manufacturer packaging or ingredient list on the product is not complete or visible. This document is required to determine if the item is a dangerous good and the proper way to package and ship it. Due to international shipping regulations, shipping companies are required to have the material safety data sheet on file for dangerous goods shipped in the event of damage or leakage in transit. Although it's free tax address in the US, the shipping services used to deliver to Oman is expensive & the box used to protect\gather the items was big & the items were rolling in it,, I don't think I would be using stackry again
