Item damaged in the package and was only found when consolidation. Shipping cost don't match your website and is about $45 higher.
Other companies shows picture of the damaged item for free and why should I pay for a picture if the item can't be shipped at all.

1- بحصوص خدمة العملاء, لم اجد اي ايميل من حضرتك بخصوص الشحنة او البطاقة الائتمانية, هل من الممكن معرفة باي ايميل تواصلت معنا لنرى ما لمشكلة التي واجتك,
2- نعتذر عن الازعاج بخصوص البطاقة الائتمانية, نظرا لانك من دولة توجد بها عملية احتيال كثيرة بالبطاقة الائتمانية, فان مطلوب ان يتم تاكيد البطاقة قبل امكانية استخدامها,
