Your payment system is screwed up. It didn't matter what credit card I used it wouldn't accept it. Customer service refused to resolve the actual issue and just tired to get me to try different things on my side. I have hired a new shipping consolidator to eliminate the problem.

The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. I see you shipped some larger sized car parts, so you were definitely charged on size of the boxes. Very expensive shipping and unclear how you calculate the tax. Not transparent.I don't see the point of using this service.

On a positive note, it should make for quicker customs clearance when the package arrives into your country. Stackry is a great fit, if you need an item from a US website, but they do not ship to your country.
