بخصوص اعادة التغليف, تظهر سجلات الشحنة ان اعادة التغليف تم طلبها في الساعة ال 11 مساء نحن نغلق في الساعة 5 مساء
تم الانتهاء من التجميع في الساعة الثانية والنصف ظهرا من اليوم التالي, اي ان عملية اعادة التغليف لم تأخد اكثر من 15 ساعة ( 10 ساعات منها كان المخزن مغلق فيها).
بخصوص تكلفة الشحن, نحن نحاول جعل تكلفة الشحن اقل مايمكن بما يتناسب مع نوعية وسرعة الخدمة التي نقدمها,

Stackry have always handled my packages efficiently and professionally, with good repackaging when I have requested it. They seem to be getting even quicker at consolidating packages, as this one was handled on the morning of the next working day after my request was made - thank you!

I have ordered from Stackry on a number of occasions and have always received prompt service and excellent customer support when I have had questions or problems. My only issue on this occasion is that I found the new automated system for entering customs descriptions difficult, as it sometimes miscategorised my descriptions without allowing manual categorisation. Other than that, as ever, I would definitely recommend Stackry.

All packages have been processed and consolidated efficiently, within a few hours of arrival/instruction. I was grateful for the option to bubble-wrap my items, and processing charges were easily paid for by the savings from consolidating my items into a single shipment.
A good range of shipping options are available. I was slightly surprised the value Global Mail option was unavailable, as it had been shown as an option in the shipping calculator. However given the total value of the shipment and the fragility of some of the items, it probably didn't hurt to pay slightly more for a higher-ranked service, and I suspect this was why the option was not made available for this package.
I have never used a forwarding service before, but so far Stackry have made the experience very smooth and have really impressed me - thank you!
Always been great and always pack stuff well, I collect props and many have coas with them, they are the only mailbox service I've used who hasn't lost the paperwork for the items
It worked better than expected. Very fast. I would love to have a environment friendly option if possible even if transport would take much longer. Happy with my shipment though.

Service and communications are both awesome. Options for consolidation are also very good. Unfortunately shipping prices are insane. I know that this is the fault of the shipping providers but overseas shipping from the USA has increased over 400% since 2021...and for no good reason. Would I recommend Stackry? Yes. Would I recommend buying from the US at all: definitely not unless it's the only option available.
I did want to include extra packaging after but couldn't. Please pack properly if possible. Thank You
