I was disappointed when I sent my item to your warehouse. The store I bought my Item from said It weights 2 lb. and you stated that it weights 3 lb.
Also there is no advise from you whether it's best to choose repacking or not to lower shipping cost. I had to pay 75% the price of the item as shipping cost. The item price was 120$ and the lowest shipping cost was 80$. Maybe repacking was better for me. But how can I tell!

Best fowarder service company before but since now their recommended shipping service options are getting too expensive. More expensive than the cost of the goods you want to ship.

My biggest complaint is the poor quality photos. Often I order many different things to consolidate but the photos are so blurry or irrelevant (showing only Stackry's address) that I can't say what they are and I can't always guess from the weight. If I'm shipping internationally, I can't afford to make mistakes with what I'm declaring it as
I don't know what the 12$ extra payment is for. Instead of just charging me with the next shipment, this should be explained.

At first I thought I found a company that was cheaper than most and provided good service. Apparently I misinterpreted the conversation I had with your staff. Your pricing is just as high as the companies located along the Texas border or for that matter anywhere on the web. The shipping was more than the value of the product.

Easy to use and reasonable prices
I got issue when my package was ready to be shipped I got notice that one of my item cannot be shipped which is Home Use Cleaning item. You classified it as Corrosive and oxidizer material which has been shipped for many years by other Forwarding Company other than you. Also, requested a revise for this item but no feedback which cause a delay for my shipment. I was just trying your service to see if is really worth or not. This experience with you answered me clearly
Hi Jassem! Very sorry you did not have a good experience with us. Stackry ships many Hazmat items, but sadly we do not ship any corrosive/oxidizing liquids or solids. Unfortunately, the Clorox ultra clean toilet tablets fell into this category due to the Material Safety Data sheet. نعتذر عن هذا الازعاج,
بخصوص الشحنة الخاصة بك, ان الشحنة كانت تحوي على عدد 3 اجهزة ذات بطاريات ليثنيوم, لذلك كان يجب علينا القيام باعادة تغليف للباكيج ووضعها في صندوق جديد مع اللصاقات المناسبة, ان اعادة التغليف التي حصلت, ادت الى تخفيض ابعاد الشحنة والسبب في اختلاف تكلفة الشحن هو ان خيار الشحن مع اراميكس لهذه الشحنة لم يعد متوفرا, لان الشحنة فيها مواد خطرة,
اذا حسبت تكلفة الشحن قبل اعادة التغليف وبعده مع شركة دي اتش ال, سوف ترى ان التكلقة قد انخفضت,
