OVER $500 IN LOST GOODS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PAYMENT PROTECTION, NO REFUNDS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
Of 3 parcels I have had delivered with them. 2 have been lost.
Fair enough if they have no control over their couriers but good luck getting any sort of refund back. Their customer support is appalling and they are complete frauds.
They are only interested in their own pockets and will not get involved. I have had to open a case on PayPal for both instances to get my money back.
After a while, if they realise you've had issues with your parcel and are hence reaching out for support, you are marked as a customer to avoid and will be ignored.
If you do decide to use this company, do so at your own risk but what I will say is: also avoid their 'consolidate parcel' option. You'd think they would pack your items into something smaller to decrease shipping price. In my case after consolidating the parcel it became heavier and bigger, which made shipping more expensive than originally. Stupid as it meant I had to pay an extra $5 to pay an even higher shipping price

HI Karole. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you were not aware. Because we are a business shipping to an individual, our shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Please note, your customs calculations are specific to your country. For Canada, you pay Stackry for the shipping costs and based off of the customs values you add to your items / packages, the carrier you select (FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) collects the duty and customs payment from you. Every country has their own specific import taxes, so one country may have no duties and taxes charges, and another could be up to 30%. To add on to this, some countries tax differently based off the commodity. Again, we appreciate the feedback. I understand your disappointment. A package that Stackry repackaged arrived damaged. Stackry blamed me for this. Stackry is generally an ok service, but if something goes wrong, they will not accept the blame for issues that they have created.

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home

The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. I see you shipped large suitcases, so you definitely paid to ship the items on size! I am sorry you were not aware that the size affects the price. Some clients order smaller goods and have us pack the items inside the cases, so they get more value for their money.
