I've only had one shipment forwarded but the whole process was really easy. They kept me informed the entire time, down to including tracking on the shipping options.
I've been using Stackry for numerous shipments, and I'm pleased that such a service exists. However, it does come with a high price tag that I'm willing to pay, but I'm not really happy about it. One thing I would love Stackry to do is to advise customers about the destination's customs restrictions. It would save me some money if I knew beforehand what I can and cannot ship. I had to return several packages, leading to extra costs that could have been avoided.

According to the history, it appears the shipment made its way to Germany and was deemed undeliverable. The post office held it at the depot for collection until it was ultimately returned to Stackry, because it was not collected. Sadly, this is beyond our control.
