First time user, not sure of the system but will see if the package arrives.
The Shipping Form does not scroll properly on my computer screen and I have to zoom out the screen to be able to complete the form. Also, the shipping address does not record my state correctly. In the input form, it shows "New South Wales" but in the final address, it shows "NS", missing the "W" character. Although it should be OK as long as the postcode is correct but this needs to be fixed.

Cannot ship a copy of birth certificate because it's « government issued « despite being a copy. Then charge me more to ship the document back to American address than to ship it abroad. Will not recommend.

Inconsistent application of hazardous materials charges means it is unpredictable if it would just be cheaper to pay for direct international shipping from companies without consolidating packages. Long term user but increasingly avoiding the service as no longer offering value.

Due to international regulations, shipping dangerous goods requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the available carriers. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. My packages have been in your possession for almost a week before being ready to ship. Not providing consolidation services over the weekend really makes the fees you charge hard to stomach.
