So far the overall experience has been very good. But would have loved if there was UPS as one of the options for courier to India. I have imported several items from US and find their rates very reasonable, and excellent service as far as customs clearance is concerned.
الموقع جيد وخدمة العملاء رائعين حيث انني اردت ان اشحن طردي وكان بسعر 45 دولا عن طريق DHL وعندما دفعت 5 دولار لكي تتم اعادة تعبأة الطرد وتصغير حجمه اصبح سعر الشحن 133 دولار! فذهبت فورا لخدمة العملاء لحل هذه المشكلة وكانت استاذة ساره من قامت بأشراف لحل مشكلتي واشكرها جزيل الشكر واصبح سعر الشحن ب 39 مع كوبون الخصم اصبح ب 35 ولكن الخطأ الذي حدث معي لايغتفر ولا يستهان به وارجو حل لهذه المشكله باسرع وقت لتفادي من اخذ حقوق الناس من دون علم وشكرا

I love the webpage and User eXperince, all the options I get (which I don't get with other companies), no subscription fees. Everything about stackry is superior. Some people say it's too expensive, but to be honest, the other service ia have tried have also been expensive, and stackry is hands down the best. I can trust stackry with my packages, nothing ever goes missing and I get free storage for 45 days, until I consolidate. What else can I ask for? Speedy processing? Done! On time shipping and delivery? Done! Definitely my preferred option. I totally recommend it.

One"small" issue: might be useful to let the user know when checking out with paypal that the "paypal" listed shipping adress does not need to match the actual "stackry selected" shipping adress as this (stackry) will be used.

So far so good. Notified immediately when goods arrived to Stackry warehouse. Will see how quickly goods take to be shipped from Stackry and arrive to me in Australia. I chose DHL freight option for reliability.
