This is insane! For items that cost $47 i had to pay another $94 to have it shipped to me. This service will have some applicable uses even after the costs but very very very few if at all.
Straightforward and I love the tutorials. Postage is expensive.

I already submitted payment successfully. However, I received that I need to redo payment. But received an system error message twice. I wrote to the support team and finally, it worked. In the meantime, I received a package reminder. Last time, one item got lost in your facility, that's why I need to order again.
First package was straightforward to process on the stackry website, and arrived in the UK quickly without any hassle. Excellent service, allowing me to buy things which sellers won't ship from USA to UK, and aren't available locally.

Quick, easy, and reliable way to get products that are not available in your country shipped in from the US. I recommend using Stackry as their customer service is far better than other companies that provide the same service.
The title says it all. Took about a week to recieve the goods once shipped. Waaay more cost effective than shipping things individually from their respective websites, although I'd recommend this for small things weighing >1Kg.

بالنسبة لاستلام الشحنة, رقم التتبع للباكيج الخاصة بك يوضح انه تسليمها لنا في تاريخ ال 26 من شهر 12., تم وضعها في حسابك في نفس اليوم,
بالنسبة لعملية الشحن:دفعت للشحنة في تاريخ 26 من شهر 12 بعد ساعات العمل لدينا, وتمت عملية الشحن لشحنتك في اليوم التالي اي في 27 من الشهر, واستلمت الشحنة في تاريخ 1 من شهر 1, اي اقل من 4 ايام عمل, وهذا من اسرع اوقات الشحن,

I'd seen a dream gift for Christmas however it was only available in America. I signed up with Stackry. Reccived my p.o box and purchases it immediately.
It then arrived to the address Stackry provided and I had it repacked and shipped to the UK in less then 2 weeks.

Love stackry - I just feel the shipping fees are getting a little too costly. So I want to use it less.
Everything works as intented in general.
But the moment you see the shipping prices you guys charge for international shipping, my mouth drops.
I have CHECKED with friends in america, and how much it would cost them to ship the same size/weight as you do. And it's way less than what you charge.
Then you have the BALLS to say i saved multiple hundreds of dollars because i only had to ship 1 box instead of themultiple things i ordered.

Very bad customer service and careless, they are not even respecting the customer. Long long time to reply. And finally they will not fix your issue.
Quite expensive prices in calculation
They should compare between the products prices and the shipment cost
It would be nice to have a notes section to explain you don't want the packaging in the box. Also it would be nice to see a photo of the item instead of the outside mailed package. Your employees are wasting time taking pictures of those. It explains nothing.

I took a look and can see that it was a dangerous goods shipment, due to the multiple devices with lithium ion batteries. Sadly, due to international regulations, shipping dangerous goods requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers we offer. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive, but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers.
