I see your consolidation was requested on a Friday after hours and Stackry is closed on weekends, which is Saturday and Sunday in the USA. This contributed to the delay. It is important to know that typical consolidation completion time is 2-3 business days, but it can be much faster than this. At times, it may take longer. I took a look at your account history and see the warehouse stopped one of your items for a Material Safety Data Sheet. The shipping department will request a Material Safety Data sheet, when we have a question about the product being shipped. This can occur when the item being shipped is potentially a dangerous good and the manufacturer packaging or ingredient list on the product is not complete or visible. This document is required to determine if the item is a dangerous good and the proper way to package and ship it. Companies can get in serious trouble for shipping undeclared Hazmat. Due to international shipping regulations, shipping companies are required to have the material safety data sheet on file for dangerous goods shipped in the event of damage or leakage in transit. Hi Azzan. Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our pricing on this shipment. I took a look and can see that it was a dangerous goods shipment, due to the alcohol wipes being shipped. Sadly, this product is flammable.
