Always great however the new customs declaration stuff is very confusing I prefered the old way where you typed in what the object was

Your prices for shipping are misleading - making the client pay more after they have the items shipped to you. There are much more affordable services.

Stackry offers a rate calculator, so you can see the shipping price before placing an order: https://www.stackry.com/en/shipping-calculator. Clients also see the most savings by using our consolidation service versus sending smaller packages one by one. I noticed you requested a repack. I apologize we were not able to make the package smaller to save you on shipping. This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box or bag is the best fit. What we should have done is sent you an email stating that the package was not able to be repacked and refunded the repack fee. I have gone ahead and issued that refund to you. So far so good. Everything in my first package was packed safely and securely.
First time using. I had put-off tackling this shipping as I thought it would be difficult... Was so much easier than I anticipated!
Of course, haven't seen the process through to the end yet, but fingers crossed the parcel arrives without fuss or error... All I can say at this stage is, so far, so good.

Very high shipping costs if I shipped it from Amazon to Saudi it would actually be 114 dollars instead of 143 I was very disappointed my experience was terrible I don't think I'll order with stackery again fortunately one on the stackery team helped me a lot her name was Sara Haroon she's the only reason I'm finalising this shipment.
