بالنسبة لهذه الشحنة, ارسلت لنا دي اتش ال ايميل بتاريخ ال ٢١ من شهر ٣ ايميلا مفاده, انهم يحتاجون اعادة ارسال الاسم العنوان الكامل لمستلم الشحنة بالاضافة الى صورة عن الهوية الشخصية له’,
ارسلنا لك هذه التفاصيل لكن لم تم بالرد علينا, لذلك قمت دي اتش ال بارجاع الشحنة لنا, وعند وصول الشحنة لنا ارسلنا لك ايميل بتاريخ٣ من شهر ٤ بخبرك فيه انه الباكيج وصلت لنا وباسباب الارجاع,وقد أعدنا لك كامل مبلغ الشحن.وانت قمت باستخدام المبلغ في الدفع للشحن مع شركة شحن اراميكس,

The shipping prices are horrendous compared to the shops themselves as well as other forwarding services (around 50$ difference for medium packages). Paying for additional bubble wrap was basically meaningless. My package contained books and the only extra protection added was a small piece of thin bubble wrap laid on the bottom and top of the package with the books not being secure at all in the middle of those not securely wrapped in bubble wrap at all. Furthermore a package of mine once contained an art print that came in a special tube to protect it from scratches, tearing etc. Stackry threw away said protection though as it was considered an outer layer packaging and therefore no option to keep it. Unsurprisingly the print, that was just thrown on top of the other items, arrived damaged. After contacting support I was told stackry workers would keep packaging if they deem it necessary to protect the goods, but only if there are two layers of packaging. Support did not even acknowledge my other question regarding the damaged print and a possible refund.

Stackry offers two options for bubble wrap. A standard option and an extra fragile option where the items are bubble wrapped for extra protection. When a customer requests to repack or consolidate, Stackry removes the shipping boxes by default, but we give the option to retain any product packaging. For example, shoe boxes, clothing hangers, etc. Sorry to hear the art print was damaged and that portion of your request was not addressed. It sounds like we removed the print from the shipping box. When you pack my pie crusts on their sides a few always get damaged. I`d like them packed up, right side up. The pie crust lable on top. It seems you are trying to fit them the smallest box possible.

I was not notified my package had arrive

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
