I thought I will save some money on international shipping when I ordered from amazon if i used stackery but actually it was very expensive. Amazon offers better shipping rates! I paid almost double the price!

I wish they had options to change the currency. I am from Australia and I chose stackry because I assumed the price would be that of the delivery country. It was USD and more expensive then other options I'd found.
Definitely a great service - I especially like that they offer to consolidate several packages. But I feel that the service is a bit expensive, especially when you convert to Canadian dollars - probably has to do with the exchange rate which is obviously not their fault.

Stackry allowed me to receive packages when prior to this I couldn't. All without any fuss or headaches, everything was explained beforehand. It went like it was supposed to. They consolidated my packages safely and easily into one. All painlessly. Thank you.
Used stackry twice now 1st time one package no problem, 2nd time four packages. Three were ok but the forth, after being consolidated, items were squeezed in the box with no protection so the two mustang seat backs got damaged.
Worse thing was, after sending pictures of damaged items and explaining what I thought had caused the damage I was told not bad enough to make a claim. Errr hello I took out insurance or is that another scrap to get more money out of you.
After I refused their reply I then got told it was my fault because I should have told tbem how to pack it? It's their bloody job to know how to pack items safely that's what their buisiness is!
The claim is still on going, this was for less than $150 Christ knows how it would be if it was for a lot more$$.

Having the opportunity for combined shopping and physical inspection prior forwarding to remote countries is great. However, Stackry has unique rules governing what they will mail such as pepper spray which is legal in my country and other products they avoid seem to be way over the edge of paranoia leaving me somewhat disappointed in the end. Service was excellent or would have rated it far less.
They have a good and quick system. Keep you updated. It is a bit expensive but still got my products fairly quickly.
I don't see the point of your service if customs fees and import taxes are going to double the cost of the products being sent. If I use a third part such as a family member, I don't pay these fees.

Very sorry you are not happy with our prices and services. Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. So if you're box was large, it was charging you off of dimensional weight not your actual weight. Did you repack or consolidate multiple packages together? That brings the greatest savings. Compared to the rest of the industry, our pricing is very competitive, especially since we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage on every one of your package for 45 days.
