I don't see the point of your service if customs fees and import taxes are going to double the cost of the products being sent. If I use a third part such as a family member, I don't pay these fees.

First shipment with Stackry but what great experience. I have been using some of the competitors previously and am glad I made the switch.
System is easy to use, Tax free zone is a real plus, the goods were re-packed very professionally and arrived quickly. Thank you

I shipped a kids roller coaster 100lbs by the eBay global shipping program and paid the same amount for a 5lbs Stackry shipment

Stackry staff are quick to respond to questions and enquiries. Goods are dispatched promptly once payment is made. There is a good choice of courier services to select from.

Overall, I find Stackry to be very good service and I presume this also reflects in their staff with the experience I have had with them.

I cannot deny my overall satisfaction with Stackry's services.
Not withstanding this affirmation I consider their shipping rates somewhat on the high side. Service OK, prices expensive.

It the end they refunded the damaged product. But don't get them to repack, the repacking was bad. Always keep original packing and I think you should be safe.

Repacking was very bad. A Line 6 Soundcard and a JP-8080 were packed without protective bubble plastic and they only put a layer of it between them so you can imagine the bumping and the damage.

The shipping is fast and the service is good but the price is rather high, There was a delay in bringing the shipment into the cabinet and after the communication was entered

From registration to getting my local delivery address to making payment for international delivery. They even dispatched my packaged with an hour of me making payment! Would return again and will recommend to others.

I used Strackry's services for shipping goods from the Pokémon Center to Europe and everything went smoothly. In fact I had the good fortune that my package arrived sooner than I would've expected. Living in Saudi Arabia makes it difficult to online shop as not every website offers international shipping. Ever since using Stackry, I have been able to shop with ease. Shipment rates are way more affordable as I am able to group my shipments into one which saves on costs big time. I will continue to use Stackry.
