Although grateful that the packages was not destroyed. I Did not expect to be charged storage fees as the delay in shipping was outside of my control. Almost feels like Stackry does not acknowledge the impact of Covid 19.

The shipping prices are very expensive compared to different websites that ships directly. I have also experience a delay in posting my shipment. It arrived for 2 days and was not posted until i have called later it was posted within 15 mins. If it was not for my call i was not sure how long it would have stayed.

I have tried many Freight forwarder hands down Stackry is my favorite for many different reasons
1- the referral program were you get 10$ off you next shipment
2- you dont have to pay tax since it's in a tax free state
3- the option you get to ship your items to your country
4- They wrap fragile items very carefully. Never had an issue with damaged items.
5- the 45 days storage allowance is really helpful to wait for the rest of your items to arrive

Bad prices are high as per $ 2 box and not like other companies on the full charge after the $ 2 assembly. High shipping fee I recommend to stay away and ship with shipstetus or fishfast

The shipping fees have increased considerably since I opened my account a few years ago, DHL used to be the least expensive option. Now I have to think twice before ordering something. I will shop around and check other forwarding services.
