Very convenient service and easy to use The customer service team are friendly and responsive. Delivers on time or ahead of time through their FedEx option. There are more options but haven't tried those yet.

Although most of my comments and enhancements have been adopted, however I am not happy cuz of the following:
- I referred a friend and did not get the $10 rebate on my next shipping and do not feel right that i have to follow up on it, as it is time consuming
- Your consolidation is taking too long
- website is considerably slow as of late
- think there should be rewards for hi users of you service

Everything's been handled professionally so far. The only hiccup was that it took a second delivery attempt to receive the package at your facilities, but it was resolved quickly.
Maybe a markdown of which shipping companies does not ship devices with lithium battery would be nice. So that I don't have to go through all the hassle next time.

It took you guys six or seven days from the time I submitted the consolidation request for you guys to send an email telling me that the consolidation box was ready. You guys say that you will call me back, but you never call me back. Also your insurance is too expensive. Also, you're shipping options are too expensive. Also, you don't have the option to not have the consolidator open the boxes-in other words to keep the original boxes and just stick all the original boxes in a bigger box.

Responsive, quick shipping. Only suggestion would be able to reconsolidate packages if a second has arrive before one in progress has been shipped out.
Really quick at informing me of parcels and then shipping them on when I have completed details. Like the fact that I get to chose which delivery company to use and to arrange shipment myself when it suits my needs. Have used company a number of times and been very happy with the services they provide.
