Contradictory information about shipping options. In communication about my first shipment with Stackry CS I was told that USPS First Class International was available and if I would try the order again the glich should be resolved. However, it was not. I had to accept a different shipping method because of narrow window of time for returning/exchanging merchandise. For the shipping for the second shipment, finalized just now, there was also no USPS First Class option. I selected merchandise and forwarding based on CS assurance last time that USPS First Class is available. Information from CS appears to be unreliable.

The pricing for shipping is a scam, and they calculate 5 trading card game in 4 different parcel as 1lbs each and consolidated at 3lbs (should be more than 4?.) never in my life i will use this website again and it was the last time they were stealing money from me. Hope that one day they learn how to calculate and stop stealing people like the thieves they are

But the shipping is very expensive
This is the same shipment I made two weeks ago.
And with out repacking by Fedex express I paid less than what I'm paying now...
Your site does not work with iOS when am trying to pay
The best US shipping consolidation service. Had over 10 successful shipments in the past and will continue to keep using Stackry.
The site is not the easiest to navigate and I couldn't change my delivery address for the parcel.
Also, before signing up I made sure that Stackry delivered to Russia. The site said it does.
However, when I tried to use the personal shopper, i was informed that most packages are returned when sent to Russia if the address is not a business address. It would have been nice to know this before I signed up and ordered items.
Lastly, it appears customer service does not provide service after office hours. As I am in Russia (obviously) I have not had a response from customer service the past 2 hours (and waiting).
I'm beyond frustrated.
