Would have been a 5/5 as I was extremely impressed with Stackry thus far, but no idea why Stackry has to charge Tax/Duties for everything - I wasn't charged this from my former parcel forwarder and it's extremely expensive - would make more sense if you just charged it on your service fees, but also charging it for the items value - you're not selling me the items, they have already been purchased; seems a bit weird.

Needed to manually input cost and details of shipment other companies do that automatically.
Also more expensive than alternatives

Would be nice to see the difference in price between shipping with the original packaging and the repackaging option.

I clicked on repackaging curious to see how much cheaper it would be and
A) it didn't show me the new price (in the end it was no cheaper)
B) it didn't let me change my mind

I had to call for help to get this sorted out.

Stackry is always "on the ball" and never "balls up"!

Shipping costs were more expensive than I expected, and would have preferred the option of using USPS, which is trustworthy and cheap. The item I ordered isn't urgent and would have been willing to wait. The only non-FedEx or non-DHL option didn't inspire confidence.

I am not happy with price provided and before I order I have check the calculations online and was cheaper

Stackry is great. I have used for purchasing items which the seller would not ship to australia. I have purchased individual items, and also had multiple items shipped to stackry, repacked, and on forwarded. Always prompt, and great service. Perfect.

Very easy and high resilience. I did not expect it would be at this price and fastness.

Stackry has been a life saver for me as far as buying things online from businesses that don't ship to the UK. I trust Stackry with my items and they never fail to get things done in a timely manner. I have no negative comments about them.

10 packages so far and quality service each time 10/10

So far it has been extremely easy and pleasant! It's weird at first to order stuff and let that get delivered somewhere else. But all went very smooth and Gwen has been very helpful :) Can't wait to receive the package! Will definitely recommend you guys to others.
