I had a delay because they returned two products while I told them to return one. It happened because they did not check the customs description of the package I wanted to return. It's where I diligently wrote the package description. I also could not use Amazon's free return method using drop off to UPS Store because of the lack of the type of man power. But their customer service was robust. It's the consolidating that saves money and it saved 12 USD the same as the cost of consolidating. So far so good.
