No tracking details or product description provided for incoming deliveries to Stackry, makes it very difficult to sort thru a lot of purchases to find what the product is, for declaration purposes.

Great but the shipping costs are so expensive for small items.

Amazing customer service and quick response to issues

Perfect service! It's not my first time dealing with Stackry and won't be the last indeed, but I hope sometimes that Stackry can give us lower prices option for shipping. Thank you to the moon and back :)

The ease of the process is superb.
One annoying issue is that I have to input each item description, quantity and value, which is something we dont do with other parcel forwarders.
Other than, I haven't expect to be very smooth and easy like this.
I haven't used other available services like, but I will do and I expect the same smoothness.

It is a great service but the shipping for smaller parcels (below 6 it is being charged as 11) are too expensive

Service is good only downside the only downside is I cannot ship things I need urgently here due to the 2 to 3 days consolidation. I had to ship two small packages separately because I cannot wait for the 2 to 3 days I won't receive them in time

I had a consolidated shipment that I wanted to add a small newly arrived one to it and I got charged another full consolidation charge for it which it ridicules.

Don't offer to reduce packaging size if it doesn't offset the reduction in shipping cost.
