It says if I do a repacking for my order the shipping fee will be less but instead it got more pricey

This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box is the best fit. What we should have done is sent you an email that the package was not able to be repacked and refunded the repack fee. Dimensional weight is based on the size of the package. So if your package was large, but light, it may have been charged based on dimensional weight not the actual scale weight. Looking at your shipment, I see you were billed on the size. I am sorry if you felt customer service was not helpful. I see an agent offered to help you return the package to the retailers and we also gave you 10% off.
