I have seen reviews which I find unfair towards this company. If your package is late or lost, it's not Stackry's fault and the negative review/feedback should not be going towards the company that put the package in the hands of the company THE USER has chosen. This is a hard time for everyone but especially for these types of services that rely on laws and regulations of different countries and I do not believe we give the credit they deserve correctly. Stackry has an excellent staff always willing to help and find a solution for you even if the issue has not come from their hands. They also have free membership and the best rates in the market for their line of service so I can only recommend them 200%. Services like Stackry are very important to some of us that use it not just for shopping for things but to get educational materials for our kids.

The customs code I supplied wasn't written on the parcel last time, and last time i had a big (incorrect) customs charge to sort out. Also, last time I had to pay $6 for consolidation but it didn't save me any money. I hope this time it will be better please. It's crucial to put the customs code on the parcel because it contains baby cloth nappies, which are exempt from all charges.
