This shipment has been a nightmare in terms of communication from the beginning. Every time I need to contact support with a simple question it takes at least seven days if not longer. Today I received a response after nearly two weeks which had a simple 'Dear Sam, from Gwen' with no body of the email i. E. actual help. I can only presume this is a means of satisfying a KPI you have on response time without actually giving any form of assistance.
I will not be using this service again. There are multiple companies offering the same so I'll be taking my chances with them.
