Initially when I searched up the shipping rates for the package that I was going to purchase the rate was a lot lower by at least $300 before I made the commitment to purchase the product from an American online store to ship it via Stackry. I felt defeated when the shipping rate varied so largely when I consolidated the package.
Accuracy of shipping rates and knowledge initially through the stackry site would have been helpful and would have allowed customers like myself to be better informed.
Consolidation took almost 5 days. I know it is the holidays, but I wish you would focus on speeding this aspect up a bit.

The only think I can fault so far (having just paid for my first shipment) is that it'd be great if you offered a rough estimate of the expected shipping costs in the event that the customers knows the size and weight of the items they're shipping.
I only bought 3 pieces of clothes and you charge me 215 riyals for it? When i ship from asos (in uk) or dollskill (in the us) before they suspended the shipping to ksa they used to ship for free or charge me 50 riyals maximum for the shipping only if i didn't buy a lot of stuff otherwise they wouldn't charge me for shipping at all? Man you're just scamming people that's a scam stop sucking money outta people

Had a claim for damaged items in progress for four months! Not good enough
- my 1st package said it would take up to 14 biz days but it has been 30 biz days. Tracking has not been updated in over 15 biz days
- sometimes I get a good rep to explains things to me and sometimes I just get horrible help.
- no accountability for mess ups. Offer a discount or something.
- be more clear with the cheaper option. It's says 14 biz days. Change it to 30 biz days. Be more honest!

Consolidation of shipments took longer tham expected. This and the fact that deliveries during weekends aren't possible resulted in a very long time to the point where I can ship my items.
