I'm really glad that I found your services and overall process is good. I found myself lost sometimes because it is my first time and didn't find proper guidance during the different processes (that could be improved, I had to google most of the information needed). Also, a little easier to contact a human assistant may be good. I had problems selecting a shipping provider. Refreshing the page, disconnects the chat and there's no way to re-connect again to the assistant. THANK YOU!
It is very easy to use the website and I look forward to see how the shipping will go
I am paying $41 for shipping a $39 small item. Plus Fedex 3-8 business days is way too long. Plus DHL will charge me additional $10 for tax and UAE charges. I pay only $8 for all for similar shipment using Postaplus although with 8 business day shipping. This is my feedback and please do not lecture me about shipping standards and covid-19 shipping restrictions. Do your best to expedite shipping my item so that I get it in 3 business days.
