Service has been great. Just wondering how much I'll actually save as the costs stack up. Was wondering about the tax saving as none of my purchases were listed with tax in the first place, so I've paid the full price listed on the various websites which would be the same if I had them shipped directly from the vendors.
Charges aren't transparent from the beginning. Email took several days to be responded to and required a follow up email by me. Lastly, you've opted in to collect GST, when items less than $400 value aren't required to pay it. Other mail forwarding companies haven't opted in to collect GST and they will have my business

Website a bit confusing and live agents take ages to reply back
I was not expecting the shipping cost would be this much. (Almost 70% of the product value)
If I was shipping this directly from Amazon, it would cost almost same, little less!
Also the the consolidation took a while.

So far my experience has been amazing. My products were received proptly, I was provided with notice whenever it arrived, and repackaging was easy to reduce costs. The only area of improvement I believe would be great, is to have the chance to cancel repackaging if you change your mind, and know what size or repackaging outcome may occur, so you can better calculate your costs.
These things asides, have had an awesome experience so far.
