All has been great so far, as long as I get my package.
Faulty packaging destroyed my $500 items. After 4 emails and 3 weeks of wait, finally someone decided to respond and that too a generic copy-paste email. No apologies, no coupons, nothing. Second time, sent the wrong item. Someone else's package was sent to me and my package was lost somewhere. Is there a point in even emailing back. I think not. Took my business elsewhere.
Pretty easy to use first time. It would be a good idea to make it easier to add a new address, perhaps while you are setting up your shipment, rather than needing to navigate away from your shipment to add an address...
