Too many details are not clear, and your chatbot is useless. E.g. What means "keep invoice" - does it mean you will keep the invoice, or ot will be kept in the shipment? What means "keep package" you will take package or that the product will be sent with the package.
Overall good experience. I only had trouble with a duplicate item. But this was solved quickly via the chat.
All clear and easy to use, but usability on mobile device is sub par
Issues with the size of the parcel pushing up the delivery price were dealt with very quickly and the correct price was adjusted, will have a happy son this xmas now.

Not a great start to my first order- consolidate did not happen had to pay for photos which are did not need as they said I had hazmat and I did not and now had to pay for two boxes to be shipped which has cost me double

Aramex doesn't have the right to charge 5% tax for products imported to kuwait if the amount is less than 100KWD = 300$ Almost.
Until now it is nice i will wait until recieving the shipment for final evaluation

Everything seems pretty expected, so that's good. I just wish there were a cheaper $15 option that ships in, like, a fortnight or something (or just a cheaper option in general).
