I believe, that the site Stackry.com has many bugs. Everything started great when I received an email that my packages had arrived. After that, I could not start any process, I would receive an error message - "shipment could not be created". I had to contact support to fix this problem. And after that, consolidation process was also confusing. When the shipments were in process, I would follow the tutorial that the system provided, step by step. But whatever I did, nothing seemed to move along. Again, I had to contact support and received an answer that I did not request the consolidation service. I did not see any button, section or request form for that, and I, of course, searched the entire site for information before contacting support.
One might assume, that maybe, all of this was my fault, that I could not find what I needed to do. It's possible, but as a user experience designer, it is my job to be able to navigate any site. From the user perspective, the service seemed not a 100% trustworthy and the site seemed buggy or working the right way.
On the other hand, I am grateful, that the support team were able to help me and fix these problems, but in the end of the day, the process was severely prolonged, I probably will not get my shipment before the holidays. I hope that in the future, this site and this company will only improve for the better.

Great service, however consolidation takes time, I wish it was faster.
Shipping fees were much more than I expected. I was only offered Fedex to ship but had no hazmat materials that I knew of.
Sent an email via the website over 24 hours ago to see if I could work out if I had done something wrong and didn't receive a reply. Have paid the shipping now as I need the items but would be very wary about using the service again until I understand why the costs were so high.

That being said, we did not save much money in shipping costs. The vendor was going to charge $68. We paid the vendor $20 shipping to Stackry and we paid $41.33 to ship to Canada vis Stackry for a total of $61.33. We saved $6.67 and had to spend time entering information on your website.
We will use your service again, especially when a vendor will not ship to Canada directly. Thank you for your service.
