The chatbot was not helpful and I asked for help from Stackry a few days ago and haven't heard back. I think though it's very easy to use, just maybe needs a few more steps in the tutorial to really clarify when you're new. But have found the steps very easy to follow which is brilliant.
Signed up to make purchase primarily from Target. Disappointed they do not permit use of your service especially since the Borders are closed! I need my Target fix!

I have heard about this company I decided to use Stackry services for forwards my packages I have received 16 package and I sent one by using DHL first of all the price of shipping is so highs, I decided to consolidationion my packages I placed Consolidation request for 15 packages after few days received an email says that Consolidation request has been completed after checked I find they was consolidationion 14 package only and they left one while I placed request for 15 packages, I contacted them via email due to chat support does not work, they answer to me to filed new request again and I asked them again why this package does not included with other packages they keep send me same email and keep send them same question finally they told me they didn't find the package and they looking for it and they asked me to wait one business day until find it, until now they didn't answer on my emails or contact me regarding that I'll filed lawsuit against them.
Swapped from myship and it was a big mistake. The postage is almost double the price and the customer service and response time is seriously lacking.
The staff are simply amazing at helping out, especially as I am in the UK. Thank You in particular to Veronica Vonn for her help!
