Great service that is easy to use to have goods sent to Canada for those brands that don't sell internationally

The staff was able to reconolidate when needed. I have used Stackry in the past. I had things missing in military mail and another item not delivered at all. Stackry items have been delivered fully intact, inventory 100% & unused.

Good at quickly shipping the product out, good communication, but definitely not good at consolidating packages (no care shown for handling products carefully, despite several requests and reminders to take care when consolidating multiple items... and that was after receiving multiple shipments with deformed and flattened hats). Hence my decision to no longer have packages consolidated.

Consolidated package shipping cost was 35% higher than shipping both separately. Bit of a scam and no way to undo consolidation.

I looked into your account history and you are correct, it cost more to ship the consolidated package then ship the two packages separately. That is very unusual if you do not request extra protection. I see you paid to ship it already, so it is too late for us to check the packing to make sure it was packed as efficiently as possible. Customer service can check on the packing for you and undo the consolidation if it is not already shipped. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
