Pathetic experience there is no consistency in there work one time they would allow the product the next time they would stop the product and ask for unnecessary certificates and the customer service is too slow its better to use myus than this they don't bother on customer satisfaction or experience I have shipped many items from there website initially it was good but then because of there inconsistency and unnecessary harassment have got me frustrated

Everything is good, only issue that stackers they don't work in weekends hence my shipment and consolidation just started on Thursday and I had to wait 3 days to be processed. It's slow

The storage fees begin to accrue on day 46 until the packages are shipped from our warehouse, but you are right there should be a way to halt those fees when there are longer than normal wait times. We appreciate the suggestion and will look into it. If this happens in the future, please contact client support and someone from the team will issue a refund. We have issued a refund. The shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package. If the items are bulky, but light you will be billed on the size of the box. Upon review of your most recent shipment, I see you were billed on the size. The team can remove retailer packaging, such as shoe boxes to reduce the overall size of the box to save you more on the shipping costs. We hope you use our services again. Perfect however shame that 5$ was added while every detail was in order
It was nice from 1st day of shipping to delivery; However price of shipping is on higher side. Such as I paid 91 usd however actual dhl price was 71 usd.
A great service, simple to use, exceptional communication and a great way to be able to purchase US products that are unavailable in Australia or can't be shipped directly from a company that can't or won't ship internationally.
I am greatly disappointed. I paid for a consolidation fee that did not change my package or did any sort of saving. So I paid the extra 5 USD without any saving at all and I was charged. When I did the first calculation for my estimated fees, the DHL express cost was 45 USD. The actual charge was 61 USD. Also I could not use the 10% available to first orders nor any other coupon. Overall If I need from the beginning the actual shipping cost would be 30% more than the initial estimated I would have not used this service. Finally I was not able to send to in a US address. I was only allowed to send this package to Cyprus.

Upon review of your account history, I see your package arrived at our warehouse in a shipping bag weighing 1 lb. A one pound package is the smallest package size we ship, so sadly repacking would not have saved you money. This happens in some cases where the original shipping box or pack is the best fit cost wise. The warehouse should have sent you an email stating the package could not be repacked and refunded the $5.00 repack fee. I am sorry that did not happen. We have refunded that fee for you. Stackry can ship the package in the USA, so I am unclear why you thought that was not an option. I do not see that was discussed with our support team. Currently, Stackry does not have a 10% off coupon for first time shipments. I think you may be referring to our "Refer a Friend" coupon. How it works, is if you refer a friend, they get $10 off their first international shipment. As the referrer, you will also get $10 in Stackry Credit, good for use on any future shipment, when your friend completes their first one. In order to get this coupon, you would have had to sign up with your friend's referral code. I do not see you signed up with a referral code. If you signed up with a friend's referral code and the $10 off was not applied, please reach out to client support to discuss further. The team can also look into why the rate you saw on the calculator was different. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
