In chat with stackry support their answers were just as atomatically answers & just about my questions but not clear them. Also they did not answer my question about what are the different between the ranks when I tried to select shipping service
Shipping Prices are absolutely absurd. They claim that there is no extra fees, yet they clearly are just disguising the fees as "Shipping" costs. 3/10, likely won't use again.

نعتذر عن الازعاج الذي اصابك,
بالنسبة للموقع, في وقتها واجهنا مشكلة تقنية, وتم حلها, والموقع يعمل بشكل ممتاز الان,
بالنسبة لخدمة العملاء, والدردشة المباشرة, الرجاء التواصل معنا في اوقات الدوام الرسمة ( من الائنين للجمعة من الساعة 9 ختى 5 مساء بتوقيت EST,
لأن بعض الرسائل التي ارسلتها لنا كانت خارج اوقات الدوام, وبالاضافة الى انه ارسلت لنا 15 رابط للمواد الشحن, وكان علينا التأكد منها ومن انها صالحة للشحن ولا تعتبر مواد محظوة,
بالنسبة للتصوير, اننا نقوم بتصوير البكيجات عند استلامنا لها, صورة عادية فقط من اجل اظهار اسم العميل على الشحنة ورقم خزنته, ولكن عندما يطلب العميل صورة للشحنة فاننا نرسل له صور عالية الدقة,
