I requested for a repack of 1 package to reduce shipping costs. Stackry then 'consolidated' my package and added 1lbs more, each dimension was increased by 1 inch from my existing package and the total shipping cost increased. When I emailed them to rectify the issue, I never received any response. Given the urgency of my item, I have decided to ship it anyway and am still hoping they will compensate me for the additional costs they added to my item. I will never do a repack with them again if I had known it would cost me more in the end. All i was expecting was a breakeven or a lower shipping cost but they really ripped me off on this one. I've been a regular customer and i'm very disappointed that this is the kind of service I received.

After consolidation the package is not weighed again and the rounded up weights from the individual packages are added up. I am sure I have overpayed shipping weight compared to other providers. Besides the shipping itself has been more expensive.
