Some guidance for customs cost would be helpful! My package is only a letter with a print inside so it's hard to calculate what I would pay, and as the description box detects what type of package you describe, it could give a normal range for your package type. Otherwise it's been super quick and simple!

Overall a great experience. To be the first time I've used such a system, everything went smoothly and was very easy.
Good experience so far. Only issue is your site does not accept my work visa so I had to use a different payment method.
Original photos of packages were very poor, couldn't see any of the labels or shipping information in order to figure out what they were.
Then you have to pay for more photos.
But otherwise happy with the service.
I find it hard to believe how much I paid for this and my previous shipments to be delivered, sorry, but I doubt I am saving money.

DHL, the carrier, would not accept the makeup unless I had an import...license? Certificate? Not sure. But since one of the main reasons for my getting Stackry was to be able to continue to buy from my preferred makeup vendors, I'm hoping that this isn't a repeat offense.
