I asked sticky to ship my package since 27th of November and I paid what they asking for shipping fees, until now. I didn't get any update about my shipment when I contact with a customer care or customer service. I didn't get any answers they giving me link after link and all of them giving me one answer the item not found and they insists that they shipped it. I don't get anything I don't got any information about my package and they didn't provide me any answers
Stackry is fine. USPS fees have gotten too high. No longer feasible to ship by mail.
Why oh why does a letter opener that looks like a sword and a fencing trophy that they used an actual replica get stopped as swords. Actually understandable re the replica i guess. But why did no one respond to my emails until i asked clearly re a sword rather than sending links showing the letter opener sold as a letter opener... frustrating and slow...

I looked into your account history and see an agent responded to your inquiry, but I apologize if you did not receive the email. We can ship small knives with a blade up to 5 inches long. Seems there is little communication between the shipping/consolidation area and the support area... on my last shipment... it appears another US address company i'll try.

Due to international regulations, shipping flammable items requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers offered. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers. نعتذر عن الازعاج والاحباط الذي اصابك,. ان الشحنة الخاصة بك كانت تحوي على حقن طبية وعلى اكمسسواراتها, للأسف هذه النوع من الاغراض لا يمكننا شحنه الى اي مكان, يمكننا فقط ارجاع هكذا شحنات للبائع فقط.

Stacktry works very fast, Consolidation took one day pretty much and they send pictures really fast whenever something comes into your locker.
Had a problem with shipping option but costumer services helped me greatly and rapidly!

Streamlined experience; they are very quick in scanning received packages. The shipping consolidation was a bit problematic, but that has since then massively improved! The first time i used their shipping consolidation service, there was a 1-week delay! To their credit, it was immediately addressed when i contacted Support. I did hate needing to contact Support. I tried the service again and this time the consolidation experience was much faster (less than 24 hours). Maybe the first time was just a fluke. Important thing is the company seems committed to making things right.
Customer service is very helpful in times of need! An idea would be to include messages on package reminders via WhatsApp, SMS or some sort of text message (but that is because I wasn't vigilant enough)

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. I see you shipped your package with FedEx Connect. Connect by FedEx (the economy branch of FedEx) is the slowest shipping option that Stackry offers. It can take up to 15 business days. The service does not come with live tracking. The tracking updates can go many days between scans. As of today. I see the shipment has been received at the carrier hub in the USA and is being processed for international transport. The final leg of delivery will be handled by Qatar Post. Please continue to track the package on the tracking link supplied to you. Responses to emails can take 2-3 business days at this time.
